For clients engaging Astra Aviation Corp for private or corporate charters:

  1. Booking & Payment

    • All charter bookings require a signed agreement and payment according to the terms specified in the charter contract.

    • Additional charges (fuel surcharges, landing fees, de-icing, catering, ground handling, and international permits) may apply and will be billed to the client.

  2. Passenger Information

    • Clients must provide complete and accurate passenger manifests, including identification and travel documents, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or denial of boarding.

  3. Cancellations & Delays

    • Cancellation policies, including fees, are outlined in each charter contract.

    • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control, or regulatory restrictions.

  4. Liability

    • Our liability is limited to the extent required under applicable aviation law and the terms of the charter contract.

    • Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for additional coverage.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    • Ensure all passengers comply with safety and security requirements.

    • Cover all incidental charges, including damage to the aircraft or property caused by passengers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Aviation Corp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses due to flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections, except as required by applicable law or contract of carriage.
