Booking & Payment
All charter bookings require a signed agreement and payment according to the terms specified in the charter contract.
Additional charges (fuel surcharges, landing fees, de-icing, catering, ground handling, and international permits) may apply and will be billed to the client.
Passenger Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate passenger manifests, including identification and travel documents, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or denial of boarding.
Cancellations & Delays
Cancellation policies, including fees, are outlined in each charter contract.
