Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Astra Aviation Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our clients and strive to provide safe, reliable, and professional aviation services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for charter flights and related services booked through astraaviationcorp.com.


1. General Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and payment (deposit, partial or full).

  • Cancellations and refund eligibility depend on the timing of the request and the terms set forth in the client’s charter contract.

  • Certain fees (such as permits, catering, ground handling, repositioning, and crew expenses) are non-refundable once incurred.


2. Cancellation by Client

  1. Notice Period

    • More than 7 days before departure: Eligible for a refund of the charter fee paid, minus non-refundable expenses already incurred.

    • 3–7 days before departure: Up to 50% of the charter fee may be refunded, subject to deduction of expenses.

    • Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund; the full charter fee will be retained.

  2. Special Costs

    • Any third-party costs (airport fees, international permits, catering, de-icing, etc.) already incurred will not be refunded.

    • Fuel surcharges and repositioning costs may also apply and are non-refundable once scheduled.


3. Cancellation by Astra Aviation Corp

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control restrictions, crew availability, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:

    • Provide an alternative flight option; or

    • Issue a refund of the unused portion of the charter fee.

  • Refunds are limited to the amount paid for services not rendered. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed connections, hotels, business meetings).


4. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request rescheduling of a confirmed flight. Approval is subject to aircraft and crew availability.

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of departure may incur additional costs or be treated as a cancellation.


5. No-Show Policy

  • If passengers fail to arrive at the scheduled departure time, the booking will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued, and the full charter fee will be retained.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction fees, currency exchange charges, and bank charges are non-refundable.


7. Force Majeure

  • Neither Astra Aviation Corp nor the client shall be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.


8. Governing Terms

  • This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies in conjunction with the signed charter contract.

  • In case of conflict, the terms of the charter contract will prevail.
